Role Overview
The Director of Fulfillment will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of SMB Supply Chain’s warehousing and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for managing our network of fulfillment centers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every customer receives scalable, efficient, and reliable service.
Requirements
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
Strong background in e-commerce, DTC, and/or SMB fulfillment models.
Proficiency with WMS platforms and knowledge of automation/robotics in fulfillment.
Proven track record in scaling operations across multiple sites.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
