About the Role
Role Overview
The General Manager (GM) will oversee the end-to-end performance of a regional SMB Supply Chain operation, including fulfillment center management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This role blends operations, leadership, and customer engagement, serving as the on-the-ground executive ensuring consistent, scalable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of a regional fulfillment or logistics operation.
Own P&L responsibility, ensuring financial performance aligns with company targets.
Oversee staffing, training, and development of frontline teams.
Implement and enforce operational standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure seamless coordination between fulfillment, transportation, and parcel operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional customers, fostering long-term relationships.
Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Act as a culture-carrier for SMB Supply Chain, driving engagement and accountability at all levels
Requirements
Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs.
Track record of scaling operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience leading teams of 50–200+ employees across multiple functions.
Hands-on operational leadership style, with the ability to “roll up sleeves” when needed.
