Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee strategic and operational initiatives across parcel, fulfillment, and transportation. This role is critical to ensuring new projects — from technology integrations to facility launches — are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
Coordinate with operations, technology, finance, and customer teams to align on objectives.
Support new site launches, system rollouts (WMS/TMS), and process improvement initiatives.
Track KPIs and provide reporting to senior leadership.
Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
Develop repeatable project management processes and documentation to support scalable growth.
Requirements
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, or technology-enabled industries.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
Experience in fast-growth or entrepreneurial environments preferred.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus but not required.
